She avoids caffeine and gluten, as well as eating foods high in protein. For breakfast, she typically has a bowl of quinoa porridge with blueberries and organic eggs.

For lunch, she often opts for skinless chicken breast with vegetables. Combining this healthy eating plan with regular workouts has enabled the actor to reach her weight loss goals. Additionally, she finds peace of mind through meditation which helps reduce emotional eating.

The 42-year-old actress has successfully shed 77 pounds by combining exercise with healthy eating habits.

Her new outlook has enabled her to put less focus on her weight and instead strive for a healthier lifestyle, according to Women’s Health.

She follows a high protein diet, drinks plenty of water and attempts to stay under 1,500 calories daily. Additionally, she opts for smaller dinner portions.
